Driven to succeed, Stephanie simultaneously worked as an Academic Computing Instructor for Sungard / Collegis while completing her BS degree in Management of Technology, cum laude, from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. Hired as a Client Services Analyst for State Street Corporation, she managed the deployment of several major releases of the flagship FX Connect software to both internal and external clients, acting as the primary point of contact for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of this critical financial tool. Noted for her talents for clear communication, accurate analysis, and client relations, Stephanie was promoted within two years to Client Integration Manager, responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle including integration of new Visual Basic, JavaScript, and .NET components, training, documentation, support, and upgrades. Moving to San Diego, CA, in 2006, Stephanie joined IMS West as a Technical Business Analyst, acting as the bridge between the technological and business units for UAT, product documentation, process improvement, and development of new products.
