Our Account Executives are the first point of contact for our enterprise clients and our partner, Google. They build strong relationships with our clients as they guide them through a project from discovery to launch. They work as the liaison to Project Management and Development, making sure the project stays on track and everyone is always on the same page. The Account Executive is also responsible for strategic scoping, estimation and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing, Public Relations, Management...etc), English, Journalism, or Communications and live within commuting distance to our office in Downtown Nashville. We're looking for somebody who can provide technological expertise and experience while working to achieve client goals and expectations.



  • Previous experience in digital transformation or development agency

  • 4-6 years working as an account manager

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently

  • Candidate must possess strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development; strong interest in and passion for technology a plus

  • Experience with a CRM

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, deliver on assigned KPIs and contribute as a part of a team

  • Outgoing, social, and comfortable working with all kinds of people and management levels
