Job Responsibilities for the Software Support Engineer:

  • A professional with demonstrated software support experience
  • Able to support and assist Lead Engineers with projects
  • Tracking and completing tickets submitted on request
  • Drupal 7/8 site building and development experience is preferred 
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem solving 
  • Working closely with team on customer requests and issues
  • Will be identifying technical issues and making sure they get resolved efficiently

  • Resourceful and talented in researching issues
  • Excellent client communication skills and able to resolve customer complaints with ease
