Achieve Internet is excited to announce the recent launch of a new Digital Health Library created for our long-standing client Scripps Translational Science Institute.
The searchable catalogue, built on Drupal 8, features hundreds of digital health devices which can be filtered according to function, body location, demographics and many other classifications. Other notable features include the ability for doctors and medical companies to submit additional devices and a PubMed integration which searches the database for scientific articles, books and journals related to each device.
The underlying goal of the project was to create a Digital Health Library that could act as a catalogue for the quickly growing collection of new digital health devices on the market and keep a historical record of archived devices as well.
We worked closely with Dr. Steinhubel and the Scripps team, and provided them with UX designs and consultative services every step of the way. It was a project that both teams took pride in and we are excited to see users start gaining value from the site.
Here is what Dr. Steinhubl had to say on completion of the project:
“Working with Achieve made us better at what we do. They made developing our first-of-a-kind digital health technology library website an inspiring and enjoyable process that was both easier and more rewarding than we ever anticipated possible. They encouraged open brainstorming, they really listened to our needs, and they responded as true members of our team. And they delivered beyond expectations. I’m already looking forward to the next opportunity that will allow us to partner again.”
